the staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. the room was very large for Italian standards very clean and comfortable. the facilities were superb especially the jasmine massage

Already when checking in, LUCA one of the rezeptionists gave us such a warm welcome and he really managed to make us feel at home. To relax in the warm thermal water at 36 degrees was fantastic after cycling more then 60 km. We used the Sauna and the Grotto ( only with an appointment ) which was fine. We liked the atmosphere of the Hotel. Breakfast was ok.

Beautiful place to be. Very good location. The pools were always spotless. Area around the pools kept in perfect condition
